The Adev 6801-6-B-0-0-G is a process-heated zirconium oxide probe designed to measure oxygen concentration in combustion gases from 600°C up to 1250°C. By utilizing hot flue gases to heat the sensor to its required operating temperature, this technology eliminates the need for an integrated thermostat system, resulting in a more reliable and economical design. The unit features a sensor and CT housed inside the probe, an inner tube made of special sintered alumina, and a 1/8” F IN connection for reference air and calibration on the butt fusion. It supports direct on-site calibration checks without removing the probe from its working position. Optional features include a flanged external tube in special sintered alumina for installation and protection, and a special filter on the internal electrode. Additionally, the two platinum electrodes can be reconditioned to drastically reduce repair costs. A minimum reference flow using air tools is required.
