The OxyPink-3-B-1-1 OXYPINK PROBE is a fully ceramic self-heated probe designed to measure oxygen concentration in combustion gas from ambient temperatures up to 1250°C. Featuring a sensor on the tip and a type B thermocouple, it installs directly into the process like a thermocouple and offers high corrosion resistance. An internal heating system enables oxygen measurement starting at room temperature, ready to measure in 10 minutes from first turn-on. It utilizes an inner tube and a flanged external tube made of special sintered alumina added with oxides (Pink-technology), a special filter protecting the internal electrode, and reconditionable platinum electrodes to reduce repair costs. It requires a minimum reference air flow and includes a 1/8” F IN connection for reference air and calibration on the butt fusion, allowing on-site calibration checks without removal. Primary signals transfer to the ADV222 conversion module to output isolated linear 4-20 mA analogues.
