The AE 23 24V DC is an electrically operated stainless steel ball valve designed with a 1 inch IG/IG connection and a PN64 pressure rating. This assembly features a 2-piece ball valve utilizing EST material and PTFE seals, complete with a blue PVC-jacketed lever handle. It is driven by the AE02 Electric Actuator operating on 24V DC, which delivers an 18 Nm torque and an operating time of 8 to 10 seconds for a 90-degree turn. The drive system includes a DIN EN ISO 5211 connection and two limit switches for ON/OFF feedback. The overall assembly provides a torque of 20 Nm with an operating time of 15 seconds for 90 degrees.
