It features a stainless steel compact flange KH DN 125 PN 16 with a 200 mm cut stainless steel flange handle and FDA-compliant PTFE/FKM seals. Actuation is driven by a DT660 double acting pneumatic actuator (DT11 double acting drive) providing a torque of 690 Nm at a 6 bar control pressure (designed for 6 bar, control air 5.6 bar). The unit includes a Festo 5/2-way solenoid valve (model MN1H 5/2-1-C, 159688) with an MSN1G-24DC-OD (123060) 24V DC coil in a box, an ISO/Namur aluminium adapter plate with NBR O-rings, a Festo ISO flange plate, a G 1/8 inch 8 mm angle plug connection, an SVS valve BFA 18 mm, two 1/8 inch AG sintered bronze silencers, and an IFM limit switch box (switch type IS5001, model IFT203) with two inductive limit switches operating at 10-30V DC with yellow LED, IP67 rating, and M20x1.5 cable gland for end position checks.
