The Airpel DELTA-OW/WB (00360024) is an inline dual basket filter designed for riverwater with a viscosity of 1 cSt. Featuring an INLINE design with 2" BSP opposite in- and outlets at the same height, this unit includes cast iron EN-JL 1030 body material and bronze BS1400 LG2C changeover cocks and sleeves with metallic sealing and bearing. Internal machine parts are constructed from stainless steel 1.4305, equipped with FPM seals and a 1/2" BSP brass drain plug. It has a volume of 9 litres, an empty weight of 49 kg, and operates at a maximum allowable pressure PS of 17 bar and a maximum allowable temperature TS of 50°C. Each chamber contains one filter basket, specifically a DELTA-OV/OW pleated stainless steel 1.4571/1.4401 basket with a 25 µm nominal filter rate, approximately 2168 cm² filter area, and a net weight of ca. 1 kg. The assembly conforms to PED 2014/68/EU (article 4, paragraph 3, SEP, fluid group 2 liquid) without CE-marking or TÜV-acceptance.
