The AKH 0 kW 12 160M KFF1 electric motor is a three-phase, 12-pole cast iron motor built in a 160M frame size for continuous S1 duty cycles. Designed for vertical V1 mounting with an FF IEC standard flange, it operates at 50 Hz and 400 V using 6 cables with Direct On Line (D.O.L) starting. It features TEBC IC416 totally enclosed blower cooled forced ventilation operating at 220V, paired with an Intorq (Lenze) BFK”E”458.12 brake delivering 27 Nm of torque, equipped with a manual brake release device, EWM EG, 2 varistors, and a drip cover/canopy. The unit includes Class H insulation, internal tropicalized painting on the rotor only, polyester varnish immersion impregnation, a special shaft end, and Viton lip seal rings on both the D.E. (with ZZ-C4 internal clearance and shield) and N.D.E. bearings. Rated for an L10h bearing life of 20,000 hours at altitudes up to 1000 m.a.s.l. and ambient temperatures from -20°C to 40°C, it has an IP55 protection degree, RAL 7032 finish color, single grounding, and plastic threaded plug.
