The AKH 280S KFF1 electric motor is a three-phase, 50 kW industrial motor designed for continuous S1 duty cycle operation. Built with a durable cast iron enclosure and a steel plate fan cover, it features a Totally Enclosed Blower Cooled (TEBC - IC416) cooling system with forced ventilation operating at 230/400V. This IEC standard motor operates at 60 Hz with frequency inverter (VFD) starting and control, achieving an IE2 High Efficiency level up to a maximum frequency of 60 Hz. It is rated for altitudes up to 1000 m.a.s.l. and ambient temperatures ranging from -20°C to 40°C. The unit includes Class F insulation, IP55 protection, and a RAL 7032 finish color. It is equipped with an FF 300 steel flange, a special shaft end, and features D.E. and N.D.E. bearings with shields and ZZ-C3 internal clearance, designed for a L10h bearing life of 25,000 hours. Sealing consists of a Viton lip seal ring and an N.D.E. lip seal.
