The AMG Pesch 245090 is a high-performance rotary drive actuator (Series BR03-SAD-HP, Size 50) designed for demanding industrial applications with a swivel angle of 180° and a required holding torque of 6000 Nm. Operating at a control and supply pressure of approximately 7 bar (maximum 8 bar), this actuator features robust construction with a housing equipped with G1.1/2" air supply connections, holes for a stroke limiting module, and 4x M30 x 45 deep Helicoil threaded inserts. The unit incorporates a flat cap with G1.1/2" air supply and guide bushings, a piston with a guide strip and PTFE piston guide, Viton O-rings, PEEK pinion and axial thrust bearings, and high-temperature grease supporting ambient temperatures from -15°C to +100°C. It achieves an approximate closing time of 1 second.
