The AMG Pesch 245090 SAD 50-180° is a high-performance left-side actuator featuring a 90° pinion offset and an integrated stroke limiting module 50-150°. Designed for demanding industrial environments, it operates at a supply pressure of approximately 7 bar (max. 8 bar) with a closing time of about 1 second and a required holding torque of 6000 Nm. The unit is constructed with a housing featuring G1.1/2" front air intake and 4x M30 x 45 deep Helicoil threaded inserts, Viton O-rings, PEEK pinion and axial thrust bearings, PTFE piston guides, and high-temperature grease. It withstands ambient temperatures up to +100°C. Rotation direction is clockwise for CLOSE-OPEN and counterclockwise for OPEN-CLOSE. This Made in Germany actuator complies with ATEX Directive 2014/34/EU for Zone 1 (Gas) and 21 (Dust), VDI/VDE 3845, and DIN EN 15714-3 standards.
