The Ansaldo GH 200 XK is a specialized three-phase AC motor designed for continuous duty (S1) operation in demanding industrial environments. Featuring IP 23 protection and H class insulation with a temperature rise limited to F class, it operates efficiently at an ambient temperature of 40° C. The unit is cooled via an IC06-PVA method powered by a special three-phase AC blower motor (380V ± 10% at 50Hz ± 2%), complete with a side switch at the air inlet. It is equipped with ball bearings on both sides, a connection box located on the right side when viewed from the D.E side, and a protective crankcase for accessories. The motor includes separated field excitation at 220V (8.96A), 220V 120W space heaters, Klixon 2a+2s thermal detectors in the windings, an Elcis 115 1024/1230/BZ/Z/CW/R02 encoder, and an RC2 overspeed switch set to 880 RPM. It is finished in RAL 7031 paint using cycle “C” and features dimensions as specified in the preliminary drawing. Maximum load capacities reach 160% (with occasional 180%) at both nominal and maximum speeds.
