The Asirobicon G 180 LK-L DC motor is built to CEI-IEC standards and features a frame of IM1001-B3 with an IP 54 protection rating. It utilizes IC410 - CNV cooling and operates in an ambient temperature of 40° C under S1 duty. The motor includes a top-mounted connection box and is painted in RAL 7031. It features separated field at 310V with Iexc <1,0A and H class insulation with a F class temperature rise. For protection and maintenance, it is equipped with Klixon 2a + 2s thermal detectors on the windings and 220V 90W space heaters, alongside a prearrangement for a POG9D1200 pulse generator (accessories not included). Mechanically, the G 180 LK-L offers shaft end dimensions of Ø60m6x140 mm and interchangeable positioning holes L.A., though quote “B” is not replicable. It serves as an electrically interchangeable replacement for the existing motor GH180L s/n 65033.
