GH 250 MK current motor by Asirobicon

The Asirobicon GH 250 MK is a heavy-duty DC motor delivering 220 kW of power at 1200 rpm, operating at 440 V and 547 A with a separate excitation of 220 V and 10.02 A. Built to CEI-IEC standards for S1 continuous service, it features class H/F insulation and an IP54 protection rating. Cooling is managed by an integrated air to water heat exchanger (IC86W-CRAH at 440V 60Hz) complete with an air pressure switch, air filter, air thermostat, water flow switch, and water leakage detector. Designed for demanding environments, it handles 160% frequent overloads and 180% occasional overloads, operating up to 1000 m altitude with 40°C room and 30°C water temperatures. The unit includes an IM 1001-B3 mounting, RAL 7031 finish, a special shaft measuring 80m6x170mm, 220V 200W heaters, Klixon 2s thermistors, an FRB 11/2 tachymeter dynamo, and an L.A. ball bearing.
