The LCV321301 is an AZ two-way plug valve featuring flanged connections to ANSI B 16.5 RF (Raised Face) standards, a 3" size, and a Class 150 pressure rating. Designed with an F-2 “ISO Standard” -RH type, it incorporates a shape “P” control plug offering equal percentage control characteristics and a Kvs value of SR V (PR III) - 41.6 m³/h. The face-to-face dimension follows ANSI B 16.10 at 203.20 mm. Material construction includes a Nickel/2,4170 body and plug, an SS 1.4408 (316/A351 CF8M) cover, virgin PTFE sleeve, standard design cover sealing, and A4-70 bolts. It is equipped with a pneumatic single-acting Air Torque SC 900 F/S:4 “A” actuator requiring a minimum air supply of 4.0 bar with a "to" fail position. Additional integrated components include a Herion 24V DC 3/2-way Namur solenoid valve, a Siemens Sipart PS2 electro-pneumatic positioner operating on a 4-20 mA range with VA-piped drive, and an SMC AW20-F02 filter/regulator VA-piped on the positioner. The assembly includes a mounting bracket built to the manufacturer's standard, complete mounting, and a trial run.
