The Bailey & Mackey 0793861001 1381R is a hygienic pressure switch engineered for demanding process environments. Operating within a pressure range of 0.5 to 11 bar, this device features a 1.5” Tri Clamp process connection and a flush welding diaphragm constructed from durable 316 stainless steel. To ensure reliable performance, the cavity above the diaphragm is filled under vacuum with vegetable oil. The switch pressure chamber is also built in 316 stainless steel, and the switch housing provides IP65 ingress protection against dust and water. Electrical switching is handled by an SPDT microswitch equipped with a manual reset function on rising pressure. The unit is CE marked and supplied in a carton measuring 25cm x 25cm x 25cm.
