The Bailey & Mackey Type 2481 Twin Circuit Pressure Switch (part number 10A5680 016) is designed for vacuum monitoring within a range of 2 to 70" H2O Vacuum, with full vacuum applied prior to testing. It features two independent switches: one set at 6" +/- 0.5" H2O on falling vacuum, and another set at 60" +/- 0.5" H2O on rising vacuum, with a maximum reset differential of 4" H2O. The unit incorporates a special square base made of UPVC featuring a 1/4" NPT female connection, machined to stop the diaphragm at 70" H2O Vacuum. It utilizes a DYKOR (PVDF) coated diaphragm and a PTFE seal. The switch housing is IP65 ingress protected and includes sealed pivot screws. Electrical connection is handled via an oversized 1/2" NPT female conduit adaptor and pre-wired 57" Belden Wire 9916 16 AWG tinned copper strands.
