The CD3000M-3PH/300A/415V/480V/300-530V/4-20mA/BF008/IF is a microprocessor-controlled 3-phase thyristor unit utilizing an economical circuit design for three-phase systems. It features antiparallel connected thyristors and an integrated heatsink for a space-saving footprint with screw mounting. This unit handles a load current of 300A at 40°C or 240A at 50°C, with a maximum load voltage of 480V. Designed ideally for heating control with ohmic loads via zero-crossing operation, it incorporates Burstfiring and Single-cycle operating modes. The input is jumper-adjustable for SSR logic, 0(4)-20mA, or 0-10V, and the operating mode is software-configurable. Standard equipment includes an internal fuse, LED status indication, an integrated RC circuit and varistor, and an RS485 interface with ModBus protocol for PC device configuration. It also provides microprocessor-controlled partial load failure detection with a relay output for heater break or short circuit, featuring automatic nominal current calibration.
