The CD3000M-DRIVE CD3000M-DRIVE control unit is engineered for driving 1 to 3 units of CD3000S-1PH thyristor units. It operates with a mains voltage of 230V (440V) at 50Hz. Control input options must be specified upon ordering, including SSR 5-30Vdc or analog signals (0-10V, 4-20mA, and 10k potentiometer). The unit provides a 18 to 24Vdc output with a maximum of 100mA. Operating modes must also be specified at the time of order: SSR, Zero Crossing (ZC), Burst Firing, or Single Cycle. Device configuration is possible via an interface. Optional features include HB partial load failure detection and automatic load current calibration, with current transformers ordered separately based on the load current. If no specifications are provided at order, the unit ships configured for 230V mains voltage, 4-20mA control, and BF(3) operating mode. The compact dimensions are 30 x 120 x 120 mm.
