LNP120 by Cryomech

The LNP120 is a water-cooled liquid nitrogen plant designed for efficient on-site production, yielding 120 liters per day with a nitrogen purity of 98%. This cryorefrigeration system features an AL600 Cold Head mounted on a 300-liter stainless steel NDA300 dewar assembly, which includes a fully automatic liquid nitrogen level indicator, pressure regulating and safety devices, and a PVC dewar cap. The system is powered by a water-cooled CP1114 helium compressor package operating at 380/415VAC, 3 Ph, 50Hz, with a total power consumption of 11.5 kW. It comes complete with stainless steel helium flexible lines, a 6-foot vacuum-jacketed stainless steel liquid nitrogen extraction line, a wall-mountable nitrogen generator assembly with a compressed air filter bank, a floor stand, and necessary installation and operation manuals, tools, and spare parts kits.
