The Triton2 System is a complete liquid nitrogen generator engineered for on-demand production up to 10 litres per day (0.42 litres per hour). Designed for mobility, the unit features an enclosure with wheels weighing 200 kg and measuring 0.6 m long, 0.6 m wide, and 1.6 m high. It includes an integrated 20-litre dewar, a cold head assembly, an air-cooled helium compressor, a PSA nitrogen gas generator, and an oil-free air compressor with an anti-bacterial air inlet filter. Operational features include a push-button flask dispenser, a liquid dewar vacuum protection system, an interlock safety system, and an internal PLC control system powered by a single power supply cable. It operates within an ambient temperature range of +5°C to +32°C and up to a maximum altitude of 10,000 feet (3,000 metres), with higher altitudes available. Electrical inputs are 230V 1-phase 50/60Hz, with a power consumption of 1.5 kW at 50 Hz or 1.8 kW at 60 Hz. English documentation for installation, operation, and maintenance is included.
