The CS Instruments flow measurement station, part number 06014006, is designed for installation into existing pipelines. Supplied plug-and-play wired with a 3-meter mains connection cable, this unit consists of the DS 400 chart recorder and the VA 500 consumption sensor. It features an integrated data logger and two digital sensor inputs. The display shows the instantaneous consumption in m³/h and total consumption in m³, with freely adjustable pipe diameters and selectable units including m³/h, m³/min, l/min, l/s, kg/h, kg/min, kg/s, and cfm. The device includes a 4...20 mA analog output for m³/h and a galvanically isolated pulse output for m³ located directly on the VA 500. Constructed from 1.4301 stainless steel with a G 1/2 inch external thread, a 220 mm shaft length, and a standard measurement range of 92.7 m/s, the sensor is calibrated for compressed air. It operates on a 90 to 260V AC power supply with an EU version mains connection cable and a 5-meter sensor connection cable.
