The Furness Controls FCO750 Pressure Decay Leak Detector is built around an advanced and flexible microcontroller, featuring a logical user interface and a high-resolution 240x64 pixel blue graphical display. It provides multi-tasking capability, enhanced communications, and high-resolution data for both pressure and leak with selectable display views. The unit operates on 110vac and includes a manual pressure regulator, an automatic test setup, 300 tests/products capacity, and sequence and test data product identification. Standard specifications include 16x24 volt active high programmable outputs, 12 programmable electrical inputs, 2 programmable pneumatic outputs, RS232 communications, an optional Local Area Network port, and a front panel mounted USB port and calibration port. Test variants comprise blockage, coarse, ramp, dump, and leak test. It is also equipped with MEWS (Maintenance Early Warning System) and 2 front panel programmable function buttons, and comes with two loose air line filters.
