The J.Thielmann 200600/D burner cleaning device (model BRG-2000/D) is engineered for automated torch maintenance in industrial welding applications. It features an adjustable clamping unit to accommodate various gas nozzle diameters, a short housing cutter, and operates without a cleaning cutter. Non-stick agent is sprayed via two spray nozzles while in the cleaning position, utilizing a 1-liter spare container for the non-stick agent. The system includes a dirt collection cup with a holder, and is finished in RAL 5010 dark blue. Electrical integration is achieved via an 8-pin socket device plug and cable connection. Note that from 01.08.2017, the former BRG device plug 870534 and cable socket 870537 were replaced by an 8-pole, assembled M12x1mm device plug and associated cable socket. Only the recommended AOS-75R non-stick agent (item number 930220) should be used with the J.Thielmann 200600/D.
