The Koch Technic KEMx-Ma3-Touch Type:2-632 is a direct dosing unit designed for grains and regrind, featuring automatic cycle switching and a throughput of up to approximately 30 kg/h. This new version includes a 3.5" color touch display with a simple user interface, microSD card support for updates, language switching, recipe management for up to 100 recipes, and password protection. It operates with a free-running dosing program suitable for extruders or blow molding machines. The unit features a pressureless filling design for the dosing chamber to prevent compaction, a food-safe base body made of abrasion-resistant chill casting with a Brinell hardness of 100 HB, a cell wheel for volumetric dosing, an 11-litre aluminium storage container, and a stirring arm to prevent bridging. It is compatible with the complete KOCH modular system, includes a 100 mm PVC hose and outlet cone, offers very low power consumption, an optional Ethernet interface, and runs on 230 V/50 Hz with a special 115V/60HZ version.
