The KO-022-1798 / ATMOS 22KW is a FU-regulated Vacuum Roots blower engineered for central vacuum applications. It provides absolutely oil- and wear-free compression, utilizing a labyrinth seal equipped with a relief bore to the compressor chamber and a 3-fold lip seal across all elements to the frame. The unit features an air-cooled direct drive with a flexible coupling, powered by a 22KW (3x400V/50Hz B3 KKL, IE3, 3 PTC) motor, and is housed in a powder-coated RAL 2000 super silent hood for indoor installation with two lockable hinged doors on the operating side. Comprehensive equipment includes a double-stage exhaust gas silencer, a vacuum relief valve, a fine paper filter on the suction side with an R4" connection thread, an exhaust air side connection pipe, and a 63mm glycerine-filled Bourdon tube pressure gauge (0 to 1.6bar). Cooling is managed by a dedicated 0.2KW (230-400V/50Hz) cooling fan complemented by duct silencers for both cooling air inlet and outlet. Operating at a fan speed of 800-4500min-1 (15-75Hz), it delivers a suction volume of 120-1,500m³/h, a continuous vacuum of 300mbar abs., an intermittent final vacuum of 100mbar abs., and a noise level of approximately 75db(A) according to DIN 45635.
