Built with an abrasion-resistant cast iron base body featuring a Brinell hardness of 100 HB that is food safe, it includes a 1.3-liter material container made of special tempered glass. Dust removal up to 99% is handled by a cartridge fleece filter with automatic cleaning via rotary vanes before each conveying process. Driven by a 0.60 kW collector suction fan, the unit is operated via a control unit with a display and input functions for an on/off switch, conveying and cleaning time, status display, and an automatic failure message for material shortages. For quick, tool-free cleaning during material changes, the unit features a swivel device in the main body suitable for KOCH intermediate hoppers, a foldable hood, and quick-release fasteners. It also provides automatic material requests through a failure flap and magnetic switch. The setup operates on 230 V/50 Hz and requires compressed air at 5-7 bar, supplied with a 1-meter suction pipe NW30 featuring aluminum inner and outer pipes, and a 3-meter antistatic delivery hose NW30.
