The Koch Technik MCm-g4-Touch is a table case dosing control device designed for gravimetric batch dosing. The unit features color TFT touch display operation with graphic function displays, balance calibration before every cycle, and gravimetric acquisition and correction of dosing values. Station 2 supports switching for regrind or aggregate dosing. It includes a 100-recipe memory, material consumption recording, total throughput specification for container filling, and separate tolerance settings for each component. Programs are stored on an SD card, complemented by a USB interface and RS 422 data bus connection to the weighing controller.
