The PCH1275 is an ATEX-certified vibration monitoring device designed to measure vibration velocity. Built with a robust stainless steel 1.4305 housing rated to IP68, the unit features a side-mounted 2 m cable connection and mounts via an M12 screw, which includes a VDC GWA M12-M10 thread adapter. It measures along an axis perpendicular to the mounting surface with an arbitrary installation position. The device operates with a +24 VDC power supply across a working temperature range of -30°C to +70°C, and an ambient temperature range of -20°C to +65°C. It offers selectable measurement ranges of 0-20 mm/s, 0-50 mm/s, and 0-100 mm/s within a frequency range of 10Hz-1000Hz. For safety and integration, the PCH1275 includes two alarm limits with shutter contact limit relays, an RMS analog output of 4-20mA, and achieves Performance Level d according to EN 13849.
