6263155 SLIPRING ASSEMBLY by Stemmann

The Stemmann 6263155 slipring assembly is a 25-way configuration featuring a gold-spring-wire design and an integrated angle encoder, with the originally used GL355.Z37 encoder replaced by a technically and mechanically compatible EIL580-SC10 type. The unit is built with an IP 65 protection class housing, utilizing cast aluminium for all outside visible parts. For connectivity, both the rotor-side and stator-side are pre-wired onto Harting connectors, and counter-plugs are included in the delivery without being pre-wired. The rotor-side is delivered without Roxtec-sealing, and a 15 m encoder cable is included. The assembly features integrated heaters controlled by a thermostat that must remain operational during downtime. The maximum rotational speed is limited to 30 rpm.
