124485 cylinder pressure reducer by Air Liquide

The Air Liquide HBS 200-3-2.5 NITROGEN cylinder pressure reducer (Part number: 124485) is designed for ultrapure and special nitrogen gases up to 200 bar. This two-stage regulator features a stainless steel membrane in the first stage and a Tombak bellows in the second stage, housed in a chromed brass body. It includes a backwards manual bottle connection according to DIN 477, part 1 no. 10, and a downwards G3/8" inside outlet with a 6 mm brass compression fitting. Offering a capacity of 2.5 m3/h for N2 and a control range of 0.1 to 3.0 bar, the unit operates within a temperature range of -20°C to +50°C. It is equipped with nylon seals, a brass first stage seat and valve cone, and an EPDM/brass second stage valve cone. Additionally, the integrated blow-off valve features a 6 mm compression fitting and a 16 bar blow-off pressure, and it can be drained.
