The Air Liquide HBS 200-0,1-0,5 EDELGASE (124524) is a two-stage cylinder pressure reducer engineered for pure and special noble gases up to 200 bar. This unit features a two-stage design with a stainless steel membrane in both the 1st and 2nd stages for precise pressure control within a 0.01 to 0.1 bar control range and a capacity of 0.5 m3/h for nitrogen. It is built with a chrome-plated brass case, PTFCE 1st stage seat, brass 2nd stage seat, brass 1st stage valve plug, EPDM and brass 2nd stage valve plug, and nylon seals. For connectivity, it includes a rear-admission manual bottle connection according to DIN 477, part 1 no.6, and a downwards G3/8" inside outlet equipped with a 6mm MS compression fitting. Weighing 1.31 kg, the reducer operates in temperatures from -20°C to +50°C and is equipped with a drainable blow-off valve featuring a 6 mm locking ring fitting and a 16 bar blow-off pressure.
