It features an aluminum base plate with sliding nuts, a chrome-plated brass pressure reducer with an Egiloy/Hasteloy membrane, PCTFE valve seat, and a flushing valve block. The station operates within a temperature range of -20°C to +50°C and maintains a helium leakage rate under 10-7 mbar l/s.
