The 19DV4NS-21.375-12-F-UTR-CAN is a Double Block & Bleed Valve featuring a ball-needle-ball valve configuration with a single piece integral screw design and floating ball. Designed with a 19mm bore size reduced to 15.9mm through end connectors, this valve includes a 1 3/8"-12 UNF Male inlet and outlet with O-ring grooves to customer drawing, and a 1/2" NPT Female plugged vent/drain conforming to ASME B1.20.1. Constructed with an ASTM A182 F316 body and ASTM A479 UNS S31803 trim materials, it incorporates PEEK, graphite, and Endura V91A seats, seals, and O-rings, alongside stainless steel levers and a T-bar handle. It operates at a maximum pressure of 6,000 psi, a minimum pressure of 6 barg (87 psi), a maximum temperature of 225ºC, and a minimum temperature of -46ºC. This model is firesafe designed and complies with the latest revision of NACE MR0175/ISO15156.
