The Alco Valves 3-valve direct mount manifold features a 25-degree angled head unit with a valve configuration of two isolation valves and one equalize valve, designed specifically for pressure transmitters. It includes two 1/2" NPT female ASME B1.20.1 process connections and a flat face flange instrument connection with two 54mm (2 1/8") center ring grooves. Constructed from stainless steel 316, the unit incorporates an SS316 stem and a hardened, non-rotating, self-centering 17-4ph tip with multi-ring PTFE/PEEK piston-type packings. Operated via a stainless steel 'T' bar, this manifold handles a maximum pressure of 6,000 psi (414 bar) at 38ºC and temperatures ranging from -40ºC to +230ºC. It features two M6 x 12mm bottom mounting holes for panel mounting, is compliant with NACE MR 01-75 latest revision, and is supplied with a standard bolt pack.
