The Alco Valves 5VD4NS-TM-0 is a 5-valve direct flange mount instrument manifold featuring a T-section configuration. Designed for precise process control, the valve configuration includes two isolation valves, one equalize valve, and two vent valves. Built with a durable stainless steel 316 body, this manifold incorporates a non-rotating, self-centering 17-4ph hardened stem tip and multi-ring RTFE piston-type packings. It is engineered to withstand a maximum pressure of 6,000 psi (414 bar) at 38ºC and operates within a temperature range of -40ºC to +230ºC. The unit features two 1/2" NPT female ASME B1.20.1 process connections, a flat face flange instrument connection with two ring groove 54mm centres, and two 1/4" NPT female ASME B1.20.1 vent connections that come plugged. Operation is controlled via a stainless steel T-bar handle. This manifold complies with NACE to MR 01-75 latest revision.
