The Applied Robotics XChange Sigma 3 tool adaptor unit is designed for use with a pneumatically actuated robot adaptor. The bottom of the tooling features versatile mounting configurations, emulating a 125mm bolt circle pattern with six M12 fasteners spaced 60 degrees apart and one M12 dowel. It also emulates a 160mm pattern featuring six M12 fasteners spaced 60 degrees apart and one M12 dowel, as well as an alternative 160mm pattern with eleven M12 fasteners spaced 30 degrees apart and one M12 dowel. Additionally, the tooling includes six M12 counterbored holes passing straight through for customer mounting, along with a 100mm diameter pilot. This part is designated as AR part 0305-D13A Rev: 09.
