Built for robust industrial performance, it features a body and cover made of ASTM A48 30 cast iron. Internal components, including the valve, seat, lever system, and float, are constructed from durable stainless steel. Sealing is provided by an asbestos-free seal, while assembly is secured using ASTM A193 B7 bolts and ASTM A563 A nuts. This air vent operates reliably up to a maximum allowable differential pressure of 21 bar, with a PMO of 21 bar at 93 degrees Celsius. The 01AV1502 is engineered for demanding fluid and gas systems requiring dependable venting.
