The Armstrong 1-AVC is a plastic air vent designed with a 1/2" NPT entry, 1/2" NPT lateral entry, and a 1/2" NPT exit. Constructed for durability and chemical resistance, this air vent features a reinforced nylon cover, fitting, and pipe plug, alongside a polysulfone housing. Internal components include a stainless steel float lever, stainless steel screws, and a stainless steel valve and seat, paired with a nitrile/elastomer blend for the O-rings and a galvanized steel retaining ring. The 1-AVC operates with a maximum permissible differential pressure of 10 bar and has a PMO of 10 bar at 65°C, making it suitable for industrial pneumatic and fluid systems requiring dependable air venting under pressure.
