The construction incorporates robust materials throughout: the cover and screw connection with pipe plug are made of reinforced nylon, the housing utilizes polysulphone, and the O-rings consist of a nitrile and elastomer mix. For enhanced corrosion resistance and longevity, the float handle, screws, and valve and seat are manufactured from stainless steel, while the retaining ring is made of galvanized steel.
