1381QR Pressure Switch by Bailey & Mackey

The Bailey & Mackey 1381QR is a replacement pressure switch unit designed for serial numbers as per 06 91244 008. It features an operating range of 2 to 40 bar and is overload protected up to 70 bar. The unit includes a 1/2” NPT male to 1/4” NPT female taper process connection, utilizing wetted parts consisting of a brass connection and a beryllium copper diaphragm, sealed with Nitrile. Housed in an IP65 ingress-protected switch enclosure, it is equipped with an SPDT microswitch rated at 10A and 250V ac. The assembly comes complete with a short link and resistor, a 1-meter 4-core cable, and a mounting bracket. This CE-marked component provides reliable switching performance for industrial pressure monitoring applications.
