The BC – DSHB 120 pressure switch is an intrinsically safe component designed for demanding mining applications. It offers a switching range of 10 to 120 bar and a maximum system pressure of 350 bar. Suitable for media including hydraulic oil, water, and compressed air, this device features a pressure diecasting zinc body and a stainless 1.4404 1/4 inch connection. Sealing is handled by NBR and PTFE materials. The unit operates within a temperature range of -30°C to +60°C and supports a max switching voltage of DC 30 V with a max switching amperage of 2.5 A UC. It is equipped with an EN 175301-803 Design A PG 09 plug providing IP 65 protection class according to EN 60529. Certification includes I M2 EX ia I Mb, BVS 03 ATEX E 165, and IECEx BVS 11.0056.
