The BC - DSHB/DSPB 008 pressure switch is an intrinsically safe component designed for use in ATEX Mining applications, specifically carrying certifications I M2 Ex ia Mb (BVS 03 ATEX E 165) and Ex ia I Mb (IECEx BVS 11.0056). This device is compatible with hydraulic oil, water, compressed air, and air pressure media. It features a switching range of 0.5 to 8 bar, with a maximum system pressure of 40 bar. Constructed with a zinc die-casting body and NBR/PTFE seals, the unit includes a G 1/4 inch inside connection. Electrical connection is handled via an EN 175301-803 Type A PG 09 plug providing IP 65 protection class according to EN 60529. The switch operates at a maximum switching voltage of DC 30 V and a max switching current of 2.5 A UC, within a temperature range of -30°C to +60°C. Measuring approximately 11.2 cm x 5.7 cm x 3.5 cm, the BC - DSHB/DSPB 008 includes documentation in German and English. Note that this part has no certification for China and Russia.
