BC-DSHB 320 by BC-Systemtechnik

The BC-DSHB 320 is an intrinsically safe ATEX pressure switch designed for mining applications, suitable for use with hydraulic systems and water. Featuring a piston version design, this unit handles a maximum system pressure of 350 bar with an adjustable pressure range from 20 to 320 bar. Built with a durable die-cast zinc housing and an NBR seal, the switch operates within a temperature range of -30°C to +60°C. It utilizes a G” outer nipple connection and a PG 9 pressure switch device plug (EN175301-803 type A) accommodating cable diameters from 5mm to 8mm. Certified under BVS 03 ATEX E 165 (I M2 Ex ia I Mb) and IECEX BVS 11.0056 (Ex ía 1 Mb), it supports a maximum switching voltage of DC 30 V and a max switching current of 2.5 A UC. Documentation is provided in German and English.
