The BFI Automation 5052-1120-20 is an X-IR optical cable, 12m HT designed for high-temperature applications. It facilitates powerless light conduction within the visual and infrared spectral range, operating between the SKL probe and the OE transducer. This multi-core fibreglass bundle features an inner fibreglass braid for fiber protection, reinforced with a high-strength, double-folded DIN-Agraff stainless steel protection hose (AD6 outer jacket) to provide exceptional strain relief and kink protection. Operating across a temperature range of -60°C to +300°C and a spectral range of 400 to 2400 nm, the assembly achieves an IP 68 protection class when mounted. It features a stretched length of approximately 12m, a maximum bending radius of 150mm, and a permitted transmission of up to 0.5m.
