The Bonney Forge 1B05032 is a 1-inch gate valve from the VALV-O-LET series, featuring an extended body inlet with a male threaded NPTM end and a female threaded NPTF outlet, both conforming to ASME B2.1. Designed to class 800# and PN100, this handwheel-operated valve utilizes an outside screw and yoke with a welded bonnet. The carbon steel A105N body is paired with durable stainless steel internal components, including an AISI 410 stem, an A182-F6 wedge, and AISI 410 seat rings with stellited sealing surfaces (trim No. 8). Pure graphite packing ensures reliable sealing. This sour gas resistant valve complies with NACE, API 602, AD 2000 A4, PED 97/23/EC, and ATEX 94/9/EC standards. The unit is supplied under BFE brand with DIN EN 10204-3.1 material and final inspection certificates, and is manufactured in Europe as Figure Number MFLF 100.
