1M02152.1 Slide gate valve by Bonney Forge

The Bonney Forge 1M02152.1 is a 1-inch ASME slide gate valve designed for class 150# applications. It features ASME B16.5 flanges with an RF/SF sealing face (Ra = 3.2-6.3 µm) and face-to-face dimensions according to ASME B16.10. Built with a bolted bonnet, outside screw and yoke, and handwheel operation, both the body and internal parts are made of stainless steel A182-316L (equivalent to 1.4404). The seating rings include stellited sealing faces, paired with pure graphite packing and a stainless steel graphite-filled spiral-wound bonnet gasket. Bonnet bolts consist of stainless steel A193-8BMO (similar to A2-70). This sour gas-resistant valve complies with NACE, API 602, AD 2000 A4, PED 2014/68/EU, ATEX 2014/34/EU, and TA-Luft 2002 (VDI 2440) standards, and includes DIN EN 10204-3.1 material and final inspection certificates (Fig.Nr. L 1 100).
