The Bonney Forge part number 1B05033 is a 1.1/2" Valv-O-Let gate valve featuring an extended body inlet with a male threaded end according to ASME B1.20.1 NPTM, and a body outlet with a female threaded end per ASME B1.20.1 NPTF. Designed with a welded bonnet, outside screw and yoke, and handwheel operation, it has a PN100 / Class 800# rating. The carbon steel A105N body is paired with an AISI 410 stainless steel stem, A182-F6 stainless steel wedge, and AISI 410 stainless steel seat rings with stellited sealing surfaces (trim No. 8). Equipped with pure graphite packing, this European-origin BFE valve is sour gas resistant according to NACE, and manufactured to API 602, AD 2000 A4, PED 97/23/EC, and ATEX 94/9/EC standards. It includes DIN EN 10204-3.1 material and final inspection certificates, along with a CE marking.
