CD3000S 1PH/35A/440V/480V/12-24V/SSR/ZC/NF/HB thyristor plate series S by CD AUTOMATION

The CD3000S series S single phase switch is designed for heating control with ohmic loads using zero passage switching. This unit features antiparallel thyristor actuators, an integrated heatsink for a space-saving design, and an integrated RC link and varistor. It provides a load current of 35 A at 40°C or 28 A at 50°C, and supports load voltages up to 480 V with an auxiliary voltage of 12-24 V. Control is managed via a logic 4-30 Vdc input. The device includes partial load fault detection starting from a 50msec switch-on time and 80% nominal current, with automatic nominal current measurement via a push button. Additional features include an LED status indicator, CE marking, and a 50/0,05A current transformer for DIN rail mounting. Dimensions are 52 x 120 x 120 mm (WxHxD), and the unit supports DIN rail or screw mounting.
