The CSF Inox CS 32-145-2-4 / BM 35PTH4 is a sanitary centrifugal pump engineered for fruit juice applications. Built from stainless steel AISI 316L-1.4409-CF3M with a stainless steel housing and FDA-compliant EPDM elastomers, this unit features an open 6-blade impeller with a reduced diameter of 135 mm. It includes a single internal TUC / TUC front seal. The pump operates at 3500 RPM (60 Hz) driven by a 3 kW multivoltage IE3-EISA IP55 Class F motor with an included PTC thermistor. It handles a specific weight of 1.05 kg/dm3, a viscosity of 100 cP, and a maximum operating temperature of 95 °C, with no solid particles in the product. Productivity ranges from 1.3 m3/hour at a head of 35.5 m to 2.5 m3/hour at a head of 35 m. It is compatible with CIP cleaning using sodium hydroxide (1-3%) and nitric acid (1-3%). Connections comprise a DN40 DIN11851 male threaded input port and a DN32 DIN11851 male threaded output port. Serial number C079117.
