The CS 32-145-2-5.5 / BM 35PTH4 is a sanitary centrifugal pump specifically engineered for fruit juice handling. Built from stainless steel AISI 316L-1.4409-CF3M with a stainless steel housing, it features an open 6-blade impeller with a reduced diameter of 135 and EPDM FDA-compliant elastomers. The unit operates with a single internal TUC / TUC front seal and handles fluids with a specific weight of 1.05 kg / dm3 and a viscosity of 100 cP up to a maximum operating temperature of 95 °C, with no solid particles present. It delivers a productivity of 5 m3 / hour at a head of 35 m and requires an NPSH of 0.6 m. The pump is driven by a multivoltage IE3-EISA IP55, Class F motor running at 3500 RPM (60Hz) at 4 KW 200 / 346V, equipped with a built-in PTC thermistor. Ports consist of a DN40 DIN11851 male threaded input and a DN32 DIN11851 male threaded output. It supports Clean-In-Place (C.I.P.) procedures using 1 to 3% sodium hydroxide and 1 to 3% nitric acid.
