The CS 40-145-2-4/BM.15LWHA (S/N C123283) is a sanitary centrifugal pump engineered for sodium-based and dissolved aluminium applications, specifically handling 30% soda with dissolved aluminium at a specific gravity of 1.3 kg/dm3 and a viscosity of 10 cP. It operates at ambient temperature with a maximum operating temperature of 120°C and contains no solids. Constructed from stainless steel AISI 316L-1.4409-CF3M, the unit features an open 6-blade impeller with a reduced diameter of 115 and an internal forced circulation TUC/TUC face seal. It includes a DN50 inlet port flange and a DN40 outlet port flange according to UNI EN 1092-1, alongside FDA-compliant EPDM elastomers. Driven by a multivoltage IE3-EISA IP55 Class F motor operating at 3500 RPM (60Hz) with 3 KW and 127/208V, the pump includes a PTC thermistor and delivers a productivity of 20 m3/hour at a 16 m head.
